FINANCIAL REQUIREMENTS FOR SOUTHAMPTON SUMMER CAMP
Payment Plan and Timeline
Core Costs: £3,999
Included in the Core Costs:
Accommodation
Buffet-style breakfast and dinner, lunch, and refreshments
Airport pick-up and drop-off
Local logistics within the UK
Set of training kits (shorts, shirts, socks, tracksuit top and bottom)
Half-day football tournament against London youth clubs
Live Southampton FC match (subject to fixture dates)
Stadium tour and meet-and-greet with first-team players.
Two friendly matches against English opposition
Half-day tour of iconic London Premiership football landmarks and shopping
Financial Requirement
VISA Fee: £200 (last year). May be subject to change.
VISA processing fee: N150,000
Round-trip ticket: £800 BA: TBC. Subject to rates at the time of purchase. The earlier, the better.
How to Register
PAYMENT SCHEDULE & TIMELINE:
Jan-Feb:
Expression of interest with a £1000 non-refundable deposit. First installment
Mar 15th:
Receive all supporting documents from parents for the VISA Application
Letter of invitation from Southampton FC
Letter of support (reference) from SIA Academy
Mar 31st:
Submission of VISA applications to UKVI, including biodata capture (processing takes approximately 6 weeks)
UK & US passport holders do not need to apply for a ViSA. The fee is less than £200
May 15th:
2nd instalment £1000
May 30th: £1000
Tickets are to be purchased once all VISAs are issued
Proposed departure date: Thursday, 6th August
proposed returned date: Sunday 16th August 2026
Jun 15th:
Parents pay the final instalment of £999
PDC itinerary received from Southampton FC
Please note:
Those travelling independently or already on holiday in the UK will make their own transport arrangements to join the group at the accommodation.
All pocket monies to be deposited with the school’s appointed accompanying adult.
